Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DemoRadar, a civic action discovery app operated by Unlimitive Media. By using DemoRadar, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: May 23, 2026 Operator: Unlimitive Media Contact: contact@unlimitive.com

DemoRadar helps people discover demonstrations, vigils, workshops, rallies, meetings, and related civic actions. It is designed to be useful before sign-in, with optional account-based sync and role-restricted organizer or admin tools.

1. Service Scope

DemoRadar provides information and tools for discovering and organizing civic events. Public event and organizer information may come from third-party sources, internal editorial review, or user submissions. DemoRadar is an informational product and does not promise that every listing is complete, current, or appropriate for every user.

2. Using DemoRadar

You may use DemoRadar only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your own decisions, attendance, travel, and participation. You should independently confirm important event details such as time, location, safety guidance, organizer instructions, and source authenticity before acting on them.

3. Accounts and Role-Based Access

DemoRadar is guest-first, so many features are available without creating an account. If you choose to sign in or create an account, DemoRadar currently uses an email address and password flow through Supabase. Before account access is granted, users must review and accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DemoRadar's zero-tolerance rules for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Organizer and admin areas are restricted and may be granted, limited, suspended, or removed by Unlimitive Media or by server-side access controls.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We may suspend or limit access when necessary to protect the service, users, data integrity, or legal compliance.

4. Event Data and Source Verification

DemoRadar surfaces public event information, source links, and organizer details to help users verify what they are seeing. Imported listings may come from third-party sources such as DemokraTEAM. Submitted actions do not become public automatically and may be reviewed before publication.

Important: Listing an event in DemoRadar does not mean Unlimitive Media endorses that event, its organizer, or any related viewpoints.

5. User Submissions and Organizer Content

If you submit an event, edit organizer content, post organizer updates, or otherwise provide content to DemoRadar, you represent that:

  • you have the right to provide that information;
  • the information is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • it does not infringe rights, violate laws, or contain malicious code;
  • it is not deceptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful.

You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Unlimitive Media a non-exclusive right to host, review, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display that content as needed to operate, moderate, and improve DemoRadar.

6. Safety, Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

DemoRadar has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content or behavior that is abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, impersonating, misleading, spammy, or otherwise unlawful or unsafe may be filtered, rejected, hidden, removed, or reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

DemoRadar may use automated checks and human review to filter objectionable material before or after it is posted. Organizer updates and user submissions may be held for moderation, rejected, or removed when they violate these terms or create safety risk.

Users can report offensive or abusive content inside the app. Users can also block abusive organizers inside the app. Blocking removes that organizer and linked public content from the blocking user's visible feed as soon as the action is taken.

Unlimitive Media reviews abuse reports as quickly as reasonably possible and aims to act on valid objectionable-content reports within 24 hours by removing offending content and, where appropriate, suspending, banning, or ejecting the responsible user or organizer account from DemoRadar.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use DemoRadar to:

  • break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the app, backend, or other users' data;
  • scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits;
  • submit spam, impersonate others, or manipulate review and organizer systems;
  • upload or distribute harmful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content;
  • evade moderation, reporting, or blocking systems;
  • use DemoRadar to target, intimidate, bully, or threaten other people or groups.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

DemoRadar may open external websites, route links, calendar tools, email clients, share sheets, and other third-party or device-level services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Unlimitive Media is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

9. Intellectual Property

DemoRadar, its branding, interface, and original software components are owned by or licensed to Unlimitive Media. Except where law allows or we expressly permit it, you may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit protected parts of the service for commercial purposes.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

DemoRadar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, remove, pause, or change features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete data accuracy, or that the service will meet every need or expectation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimitive Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to DemoRadar, including reliance on event data, missed events, incorrect third-party information, device issues, third-party service failures, or loss of data or opportunity.

12. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update DemoRadar and these terms over time. When we make material changes, we may revise the effective date on this page and take additional notice steps when appropriate. Continued use of DemoRadar after an update means you accept the revised terms.
